Come and experience life in the South Shropshire countryside in an ancient timber-framed barn, sympathetically restored to expose the oak beams and original features.
Ashford Bowdler, a village of black and white and thatched cottages and Norman church, is surrounded by working farms. You can walk across the fields following the River Teme, explore historic Ludlow or, further afield, walk on The Long Mynd or Wenlock Edge.
We offer superior accommodation, each room with its own en suite bathroom and many little luxuries for you to pamper yourself. Our Shropshire breakfasts feature organic and local produce –our neighbour’s eggs, award winning Ludlow sausages and bacon, home grown tomatoes and local apple juices and preserves.
We have a lovely garden where you can watch the woodpeckers and nuthatches and relax with afternoon tea while you decide where to go for dinner.
